How do you make your product?
Our products are made by employing the use of tools such as a glowforge, lathe, sublimation printer, and cricut, etc. Some products require sanding and painting after production and sometimes this is done by hand.
Do I have to pick up my order, or do you ship?
We can do both, so you choose! If you’re picking up, we’ll schedule a pickup date and time with you after your item is completed. If you want it shipped to you, we’ll charge you shipping and handling then send it on its merry way to the address you provide!
Where do you get the designs for your products?
Some of the designs for our products are purchased from other artists and some are made in-house by our Craft Work Bee Team! This enables us to do a wide variety of products for you to customize and fall in love with.
How long does it take you to make something?
The time it takes to make an item really depends on what you’re buying. Most orders are custom, so depending on what it is and how big, an item can take several minutes to cut or be printed to several hours. When something has to be hand sanded and painted, this also adds extra time.
My order is taking forever!
Unfortunately, as we mention quite often, some items take a while to cut and/or assemble. Add sanding and painting to this and your item could take a while longer than you might expect. Each product we make is made with love and we want it to be the most exceptional version for you, so we like to take our time and be meticulous so you’ll enjoy it even more. We try to keep our customers up to date with frequent updates on their orders, but if you need another, please feel free to reach out!
A friend bought an item and I want one too, but don’t know what it’s called!
Not a problem! If you can’t find it on our store online and your friend can’t send you a link, reach out to us with a description of the item and we’ll help you find it! Please keep in mind that the item you order will not be an exact replica of the item your friend received, as all materials have their own unique patterns and defects that make our products so special.
Do you take rush orders?
Taking rush orders highly depends on how many other orders are going out and will be evaluated on case-by-case basis. There is a fee associated with rush orders. The current fee will be communicated to you before your order is confirmed, as the fee could change depending on how large your item is.
Can I return an item if I don’t like it?
All sales are final. Most orders are custom made to your specifications. We work with you to fine-tune the details to make sure we’re on the same page. Multiple proofs are sent to you in the process and you’ll have to sign off on each step to assure that we are going in the direction you imagined for your dream product.
